Shipping Within the USA
-All packages are shipped discreetly in a plain brown box or brown envelope and sent my First Class Mail displaying the sender's name as YB Entertained.
-We use the U.S. Postal Service with a tracking receipt.
-Delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days from the ship date. Delivery Time is estimated, not guaranteed.
Once delivery has been confirmed by the U.S. Postal Service, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If parcel is lost prior to delivery, we will gladly issue a replacement. -If your order is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, there will be additional shipping charges to reship your order.
If the delivery problem is due to an error on our part, then we will replace your order without charge.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO MAKE A PURCHASE FROM CLUBYVETTE.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT OUR PRODUCTS ARE SEXUALLY EXPLICIT AND YOU AFFIRM THAT IT IS LEGAL FOR YOU TO POSSES SUCH PRODUCTS.
-All international shipping will abide by all custom rules and regulations.
-We do not devalue the cost of our products.
-We will not be held liable for any products confiscated by customs.
All International orders are shipped by First Class Mail. Allow at least 10 days for delivery for all international orders from the shipment date.
-We will not be liable for any shipments lost or stolen.
We do not pay for international duty taxes and any incurred taxes will be charged back to you.
We will charge you for fees incurred by shipments refused by the recipient.
Shipment tracking is not available for international orders.
We reserve the right to refuse your credit card and require payment by international money order or bank wire transfer.
-We will automatically charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses with the State of Florida.
-Each customer shall be soley responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.
-Autograph photos and Yvette's personal items are NOT REFUNDABLE.
-All sales are final. Defective DVD's can be returned to us within 3 weeks of purchase for replacement with an identical item.
-Before sending the placement DVD, we will open and test the DVD for you to ensure that is plays on a standard DVD player.
-To determine if a DVD is defective, we request you try to view the movie on a standard DVD player.
-It is our experience that at times DVD's reported as defective are actually simply incompatible with the viewer's DVD player.
-If an incorrect DVD was shipped to you, please let us know immediately so we can replace it for you with the correct DVD ordered. The incorrect DVD should be returned.
